This will be my blog, where I’ll occasionally post tips, ideas, hints, advice, pictures, possibly videos (etc., etc.) about Thai food.
However, at this stage, there won’t actually be any detailed recipes. After all, what’s the point of calling my work Thai Food Secrets if I post the recipes on the Internet. Here’s why I’m taking this approach.
I test all my dishes time and time again. When I’m satisfied with them, I publish them in my books or (quite recently) in my e-books.
I realize that a lot of people generously give away their recipes. There are a million or two recipes on the Internet, all of them free. Some are wonderful. Some are really not very good at all. It’s difficult to tell which is which, until you go to the trouble of cooking the dish.
My aim is to save you a lot of trouble by providing tested, authentic, Thai-style recipes, complete with step-by-step instructions and high quality photos.
My books and e-books are reasonably priced. 200 Thai Favourites sells for under £5 – and you get 200 recipes.
My e-books are also priced fairly. You get 557 pages of tried and tested recipes for the price of a standard hardcover cookbook. They’re designed specially for iPad, and I promise you they’ll give you hours of cooking fun – just browsing through them and selecting dishes for your next meal.
